Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

Deposits

In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms below and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific terms take precedence.

General Bonus Conditions

This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. Section 07

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bx777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC; impersonating another individual; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.

Account Suspension & Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity linked to the account.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion submitted through the Responsible Gaming tools or via support.
• A player being identified as under 18 years of age.
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login for a period of 12 consecutive months or more).

Where an account is closed due to a player's own request, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, bx777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Any such decision will be communicated to the affected player via their registered email address, along with a summary of the reason for closure.
